How it works

From zero to your first invoice in a few clicks.

Timity is built to be simple. Set up your business details, add clients, create tasks, track your time, and generate invoices — no manual data stitching required.

Onboarding

Three steps to a running workspace.

1

Set your timezone and company info

The guided onboarding takes about two minutes. Pick your timezone, enter basic company details, and your workspace is ready.

2

Add clients and create tasks

Create your first client record, then add tasks linked to that client. Everything stays connected from day one.

3

Track time, generate invoices

Start a timer on any task with one click. At the end of the month, generate an invoice from tracked work — no copy-pasting from spreadsheets.

Timity dashboard

The dashboard after onboarding — everything in one view.

Dashboard

See active clients, monthly revenue, pending invoices, and today's tasks at a glance. One screen, zero tab-switching.

Workplace

Your daily cockpit — tasks sorted by priority, a built-in timer, focus mode, and your calendar schedule side by side.

Clients & Tasks

Manage client records and link tasks directly. Filter, tag, and organize work so nothing falls through the cracks.

Time Tracking

One-click timer on any task. Time stays connected to the client and task, so billing is always accurate.

Invoices

Generate invoices from tracked work. Preview, send, and track payment status — all within a few clicks.

Reports

Filter by client, date range, or tag. See where your time goes and which clients generate the most revenue.
